For first-time customers, we offer a one-time 25% reship of the order in the event of non-delivery.

2. Multiple Orders and Non-Delivery

If you have placed three or more orders with us in the past and your fourth order is not delivered even after 40 days from the date of purchase, we will reship your order. The reshipment will be sent to a new address from a different location to enhance the likelihood of successful delivery.
